I took the kids to the Houston Zoo in the heat!  But we paced ourselves and drank lots of water!

I love this photo because the monkey who is getting groomed is looking straight at me.  As if to say, "this is the life, honey!"

The animals were all getting some much needed water.  A trainer was spraying the huge male elephant down with a hose and he enjoyed it!

 This one could do nothing but lay there and pant.

This is Clarence.  He is a patient of Dr. Mirza at Bariatric Care Centers on Westheimer.  Clarence has lost about 70 pounds in only 8 months!  He had severe health problems including diabetes, high blood pressure, back pain, and sleep apnea.  ALL of those symptoms are gone since he's lost the weight.  What a testimony!
